Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every piece you receive from us. If something isn't right, here's how we make it good.
Eligibility
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
- Books must be in resaleable condition.
- Sale items and digital downloads are non-refundable.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
How to start a return
- Email hello@riaboodram.co.za with your order number and reason.
- We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Send the item back via a tracked service (return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty).
- Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
For apparel size exchanges, we'll cover return shipping on the first exchange. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's cost.
